Mission Statement

Definition of School Nursing:

“School Nursing is a specialized practice of professional nursing that advances the well being, academic success and life long achievement of students.” AASN

As the school nurse, my desire is to partner with parents and personnel to achieve this mission through everyday nursing intervention, communication with parents and staff and interaction with students on important health issues relative to grades K-3.
